Exchange Policy
General Policy
- All items purchased from our online store are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Article exchange (changing the design, style, or product) is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Courier charges may apply for size-related exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our official customer support channels.
Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Exchange Process
For customer convenience, we offer an exchange service where available.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The replacement item will be dispatched once the exchanged product is verified.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Important Notes
- Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not qualify for exchange.
- Exchange processing may take 7–14 business days depending on location and product availability.
- Certain remote locations may require alternative exchange arrangements.
- Sale, clearance, and discontinued items are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.
Return & Refund Policy
At ZX Collections, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Any evidence of use may result in rejection of the return request.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product during return shipment.
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue resulted from our error.
Refund Policy

Refunds cover only the value of the product and do not include shipping or delivery charges.
Damaged or Defective Products
