1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with shipment details.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas & Villages: 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
- Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier company details
- Tracking link (if available)
You can use these details to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Shipping Address
- Phone Number
- Recipient Information
ZX Collections is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Missed Deliveries & Courier Attempts
Courier companies generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery attempts fail due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Unanswered phone calls
The parcel may be returned to ZX Collections.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.
7. Damaged or Open Package Upon Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with:
- Do not accept the package.
- Ask the courier to mark it as "Return to Sender."
- Contact our customer support immediately.
- Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
8. Delivery Delays & Courier Responsibility
ZX Collections works with reliable courier partners to ensure timely deliveries. However:
- Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our direct control.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
- Customers may contact the courier company directly for detailed shipment updates.
9. Payment Responsibility Policy
ZX Collections is responsible only for payments made through our official payment channels under the account name "ZX Collections."
We are not responsible for:
- Payments made directly to riders
- Payments made to courier staff
- Transfers to personal or unauthorized accounts
Customers are advised to make payments only through officially authorized payment methods.
10. International Shipping
Currently, ZX Collections ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping services may be introduced in the future and will be announced on our website.
11. Force Majeure
ZX Collections shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Public emergencies
